Meet Erick
Erick Silva is a driven, determined individual who has pursued the American dream since moving from Mexico to Fort Worth, Texas seventeen years ago. Erick began his journey in the restaurant industry as a server, bartender, and assistant manager before becoming a talented real estate agent.
In 2019, Erick graduated from Tarleton State University with a BBA in Management and his passion for understanding and helping people drives him to be an excellent real estate agent. His team has consistently placed in the top three teams nationwide for volume and transactions over the last two years due to his diligent work ethic and commitment to finding clients their dream home.
Erick boasts patience and fluency in Spanish which enables him to easily communicate and explain transitions to Spanish speaking clients. Additionally, his family - comprised of two boys ages five and newborn - motivates him to become a better person each day.

Before transitioning into real estate over 2 years ago, Shawn spent 21 years in pharmaceutical sales, where he honed his skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service—qualities that now serve his clients well during every step of the buying or selling process. Prior to that, Shawn dedicated 12 years to law enforcement, building a reputation for integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
A proud graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Management, Shawn is no stranger to hard work, strategic thinking, and a love for the land. Having lived in Lubbock, Texas for 49 years before relocating to Azle in 2020, Shawn combines West Texas values with a broad knowledge of both rural and suburban markets.
